PRESSURE SWITCH
To prevent a "dry fire" of the heater, a pressure switch is installed in the pipes. The unit constantly checks the pressure switch. If the pump is off and the pressure switch contact is closed, the system will show the message FLC on the display and will shut off all outputs. If the pump is on and the pressure switch contact is open, the system will show FLO on the display and will shut off all outputs. When the pump is turned on, there is a 5 second delay before the system starts to permit an auto-check of the state of the switch. The system continues to display the error message until any key of the keypad is pressed.

TEMPERATURE SENSORS
If the system detects a problem with the High-Limit temperature sensor, the message PrH will be displayed and the system will be shut down. If the system detects a problem with the water temperature probe, the message Prr will be displayed and, again, the system will be shut down.
